When playing on Battlejack, a unique party is associated to your device. It can happen that in the future you will wish or need to change your device. To ensure that you can recover your in-game data, please save your player ID under your profile in game for a fast account transfer when contacting the support team.
Don't fret if you haven't kept a copy of your player ID before losing access to your account or if you had to change your device. With a few questions, our team will be able to locate your account and paste it onto a newly created account.
